Reinforcement mats
Reinforcement mats
Economical reinforcement solutions according to DIN 488
Concrete reinforcement steel stock mesh of steel grades B500A (material 1.0438) or B500B (material 1.0439) in accordance with DIN-488-1:2009-08, regulated by DIN 488-4:2009-08. Compared with concrete reinforcement steel meshwork types “Q” and “R”, concrete reinforcement steel stock mesh offers an even more suitable and economical solution from a constructional perspective.
The structure of the concrete reinforcement steel stock mesh enables a “one-level butt” in the overlap area, which cuts the weight by 5-15% and facilitates compliance with the required concrete protection thanks to the exact positioning of the reinforcement. With regard to the production process and ductility, the same framework conditions apply to stock mesh as concrete reinforcement steel meshwork.
