Pandion Officehome Soul

In the Werksviertel on the former Zündapp site, the “PANDION OFFICEHOME Soul” is a modern office building with a daycare centre and canteen, a library, a sports room and a data centre. By mid-2024, 1,500 office workplaces will be built on a gross floor area of approx. 45,000 m². The new building in the east of Munich will be a second location of the German Patent and Trademark Office. A modern mobility concept with over 400 bicycle parking spaces with connected shower and changing facilities, an underground car park with over 300 individual parking spaces and charging stations for e-mobility complete the overall package.

On behalf of Ed. Züblin AG, which is realizing the extended shell construction, the Aichach branch of SÜLZLE Stahlpartner delivered around 5,500 tons of CO2-neutralized reinforcing steel as well as Peikko MODIX bolted connections by the beginning of 2023. The “PANDIONOFFICE HOME Soul” is to be certified as a sustainable building according to the DGNB Gold Standard. The project will also be certified according to Wired Score Gold and executed according to the EU taxonomy.

In the case of CO2-neutralized reinforcing steel, the remaining emissions are offset by offsetting – from the provision of raw materials to delivery to the construction site.
