New car park for Wembley Stadium

290 buses, 734 cars and up to 16,500 visitors on a total of seven parking levels can be accommodated in the new multi-storey car park at Wembley Stadium in London at full capacity.

True to the colour structuring concept of Wembley Park, the colour and name of the former car park were inherited by the new “PINK Car Park”. In addition to the design of the building, the designers paid special attention to safety and innovative technology.

This is one of the reasons why the long-standing partner company Huber car park systems from Rheinbrohl relied on the expertise of SÜLZLE Stahlpartner and its sometimes very complicated bending shapes for this special project. The steel was picked up by haulage companies at the Pforzheim site and thus found its way to the large construction site in the United Kingdom. In cooperation with the construction company Huber car park systems, SÜLZLE Stahlpartner supplied a total of around 28 tons of custom-made reinforcing steel for this impressive structure in the period from March to October 2019.
