Living at the Stutzenweiher

Conversion of an industrial wasteland: Jetter Gebäudebau GmbH, part of the Jetter Group of Companies from Rosenfeld, is currently developing the former Bali Möbel site in Balingen. The focus is on the creation of living space. In addition to apartment buildings, terraced houses are also part of the development. Some houses are also built in solid construction. In the other properties, the ground floor will be built in solid construction and the remaining floors in a timber frame construction. The residential construction project will be supplied with around 900 tonnes of CO2-neutralised reinforcing steel by SÜLZLE Stahlpartner from Rosenfeld until the end of 2025. This is done by offsetting the remaining CO2 emissions – from the provision of raw materials to delivery to the construction site.
