On September 11, the SÜLZLE Group was honored as the “Employer of the Future 2024” in Berlin. The family-owned company, headquartered in Rosenfeld, excelled in all five evaluation criteria: modern leadership, innovation, digital transformation, employee friendliness, and recruitment strategies.
The award ceremony took place at the BIG BANG AI FESTIVAL, Germany’s largest B2B event for medium-sized enterprises. The festival, with over 5,000 attendees, was attended by prominent representatives from politics, business, and the German SME sector. The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (diind), led by Ines Woermann, presented the prestigious Employer of the Future seal. The patron of this initiative is former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Justice, Brigitte Zypries.
During the official award presentation in Berlin, Edith Kuret, Member of the Executive Board and Head of Human Resources at SÜLZLE Group, emphasized: “We are grateful for this recognition and look forward to shaping the future of SÜLZLE together with our dedicated employees.”
