Support for the parents’ association krebskranker Kinder in Siegen
Donation on the occasion of the 140th company anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group
The handover of the donation to the parents’ association for children with cancer in Siegen as part of the fundraising campaign to mark the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group was a very special event for SÜLZLE KLEIN. Managing Director Frank Scheidt and Sales Manager Claudio Dinnella therefore took the opportunity to talk to the chairman of the parents’ association, which is part of the German Childhood Cancer Foundation, about his voluntary work. Even if it was not cancer itself that Christian Pilz had to face in the course of his life, he too had to experience what it means to suffer a serious illness. This is another reason why Pilz is so committed to the cause.
The donations are made available to doctors at university hospitals, for example, so that certain blood tests can be carried out on site at Siegen Children’s Hospital. This saves the affected children and their relatives a lot of stress and travelling time. This is just a small part of the work that helps parents to breathe a little easier during this worrying time. SÜLZLE KLEIN is convinced that the donation will be put to the right use here and, together with the chairwoman of the parents’ association, hopes that research will continue to develop in order to alleviate the suffering of the children and their families.
