SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Lübeck supports Lübeck-Hilfe für krebskranke Kinder e.V.
Donation on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group
On 13 October 2020, the donation was handed over in Lübeck to mark the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group.
The 1st Chairwoman of the Lübeck-Hilfe für krebskranke Kinder e.V. association, Ms Heidi Menorca, accepted the symbolic cheque for €1,400. The donations have already been invested in the purchase of a CITEC 3002 dynamometer. The device, which is used for the early detection of secondary cancer diseases, was enthusiastically presented to our employees Mrs Eckl and Mr Peters on site. Prof. Dr Melchior Lauten (Head of Paediatric Haematology and Oncology at the UKSH Children’s Hospital), Ms Rieken (the assistant doctor in the long-term aftercare department) and Mr André Eckl (an employee of the UKSH works fire brigade) were involved in the purchase of the device and were therefore keen to take part in the handover. We hope that the device will enable patients to receive appropriate further treatment thanks to a timely diagnosis.
